Easy Sheet Pan Recipe!

Sometimes it can be hard to plan a healthy meal ahead of time, this is when making dinner in a sheet pan can come in handy! Sheet pan recipes are often a quick and easy way to make a meal. Pick the ingredients, put them together on a sheet pan, season, put it in the oven, and you are good to go! Check out the recipe below for a simple sheet pan recipe with some seasonal vegetables.


Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 of a yellow onion, diced or chopped

2 zucchini, chopped

4 small sweet potatoes, chopped

4 small chicken sausages, chopped



Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Prepare sheet pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray or use a silicone baking mat.

  3. Cut onions to your desired consistency, they can be diced or chopped into bigger pieces. Spread onto sheet pan.

  4. Wash vegetables (zucchini, sweet potatoes, and green bell pepper). Chop all vegetables into chunky pieces. Once chopped, spread onto sheet pan.

  5. Chop chicken sausage into small pieces. Add to sheet pan.

  6. Drizzle 1/4 cup of olive oil over the vegetables and sausage on the sheet pan.

  7. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  8. Put in the oven and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
