ABC Yoga for Kids


Yoga has become popular among adults and is becoming increasingly popular among children as well. Yoga can be a great way to promote physical and mental health, especially among school-aged children. Research has shown that yoga has physical benefits such as increased balance and endurance along with psychological benefits through mindfulness.


Spend 5 minutes with your children doing yoga everyday. Maybe incorporate this into your morning or nighttime routine. See below with pictures of fun poses that take you all the way through the alphabet from A to Z which were developed by Teresa Power. Give it a go and attempt all 26 poses or pick a few to practice at a time.
